The frame end clip securing the electrical cable between the battery and the starter motor is not properly installed, and it may interfere with the cable. If the cable sheath is damaged by such interference, rainwater etc. may penetrate the cable sheath and corrode the cable core, which could in the worst case make it impossible to start the engine.

Correction: 
The battery cable should be inspected for damage, and if the core is exposed, the cable should be replaced with the factory approved replacement unit, otherwise the protection cover (corrugated tube) should be added to the cable.
