On certain vehicles, the seal plugs located on the front and rear of the cylinder heads are not properly installed. If left unfixed, the seal plug can come off causing engine oil to leak and this could result in burnt out engine. Furthermore, the leaked engine oil may land on the exhaust pipe, which could lead to a fire in the worst case.
