For vehicles with manual transmission, the locknut securing the centre brake drum can become loose due to the improper installation structure of the parking brake device. If this problem is left unattended, in the worst case, the transmission main shaft could break causing the vehicle to stall.

Correction:
The transmission main shaft should be checked, and if it wiggles more than the specified level, it should be replaced with the assembly that incorporates the factory approved replacement speedometer gear and locknut, and otherwise, the speedometer gear and the locknut should be replaced with the factory approved replacement units.
