The O2 sensor in the carbon monoxide reduction system is not installed in a proper way. If left unfixed, the welded section of the sensor may crack, and eventually the sensor could separate. With the sensor separated, it may occur that hazardous gas in large amounts will be emitted and that the engine will not restart.
