For compressed natural gas (CNG) vehicles, the welded sections of the bands securing the left and right fuel tanks do not have sufficient strength. If left unfixed, the welded sections may break, causing the fuel tanks to move, and in the worst case, the fuel pipes could be damaged allowing fuel to leak.
