For the front shock absorbers, the support members, which support the lower arms, have no rust proofing inside. Snow melting agent etc. can enter inside the support members and cause rust. If the rust progresses, the support members will lose strength, and in the worst case, the arms could fall off, causing the vehicle to stall.

Correction: 
Rust proofing should be done on the inside of the support members, after they are checked and cleaned. If the rust is bad, the reinforcement boards should be installed.
