On certain vehicles, the ball joints of the transverse links of the front shock absorbers do not have ball seats installed. If left unfixed, the inside of the ball joints can wear excessively, and in the worst case, the ball joint could come off, causing the vehicle to stall.

Correction:
The serial/lot numbers on the ball joints should be checked, and for the ones with the number C24, the transverse link (including the ball joint and the knuckle arm) should be replaced with a non-defective one.
