The spare tyre hanger holder, which secures the hanger to suspend from the vehicle frame, is improperly formed. Because of this, the wirings may get damaged by the holder when the spare tyre is housed. At worst, the rear lights fail to illuminate.

Correction: 
Both of the holder and the spacer pipe should be replaced with the factory approved replacement units. The wirings should be checked, and if any damage is found, it should be replaced with a new one.
