The strength of the bolt securing the crankshaft pulley is insufficient. If left unfixed, the bolt may become loose, and in the worst case, it gets damaged, causing the crankshaft pulley to fall off. As a result, the vehicle becomes stalled.

Correction: 
Both of the bolt and washer securing the crankshaft pulley should be replaced with the factory approved replacement units.
