On certain vehicles especially made to seat infants for kindergarten use, the emergency door lock is not the proper type, and the emergency door will not open without the key in emergency if the door lock is engaged.

Correction: 
The door lock should be checked to see if the door will open while the lock is engaged, and if it does not, the door lock should be replaced with a new one of the proper type.
