For the lock bolt securing the lower spare tyre carrier, vibration during travel may break it loose, because of insufficient strength of the tyre carrier, and also because of improper instruction for tightening the lock bolt. At worst, the lower spare tyre carrier breaks, causing the spare tyre to fall off.

Correction: 
The lower spare tyre carrier should be replaced with the factory approved replacement unit, and the lock bolt should be tightened to the correct torque.
