For welfare vehicles whose floor and shock absorbers are modified to enable a passenger in a wheelchair to get on and off smoothly by lowering the rear floor, the edge of the vehicle body may interfere with the fuel pipe, due to its improper shape. At worst, vibration during travel etc. causes damage to the pipe, resulting in fuel leakage.
