On certain vehicles with SOHC engine, the cylinder head holes through which oil is supplied to the camshaft are not through holes due to their improper processing. As a result, there is a possibility that the camshaft is not supplied sufficient oil and that the camshaft could scuff and seize, causing the vehicle to stall.

Correction:
The conditions of oil supply to the cylinder heads should be inspected, and if oil is not supplied adequately, the cylinder head block should be replaced with a non-defective item.
