For compressed natural gas (CNG) vehicles, the plug of the high pressure regulator that supplies fuel may become loose by the shock of gas pressure imposed at the time of engine start, because it is not sufficiently tightened. If this problem is left unattended, the O-ring on the plug could be damaged causing fuel leakage.

Correction: 
The plug should be checked and retightened, and if there is fuel leakage, the O-ring should be replaced with a new one.
