On certain vehicles, the horn contact plate on the steering wheel may come off due to steering operation or vibration during travel, because it is not securely fitted. At worst, the horn fails to sound when the horn switch is operated.

Correction: 
The horn contact plate assembly should be replaced with a non-defective one.
