For the coil of the solenoid valve that controls hydraulic pressure inside the automatic transmission, on certain vehicles, it may become disconnected due to improper tensioning if repeated heat expansion and contraction caused by temperature variation in the automatic transmission puts excessive stress on it. When this happens, the valve can no longer controls the hydraulic pressure, causing clutch slippage or gear shifting failure. At worst, the vehicle becomes stalled or moves forward in N position.

Correction:
The serial number of the automatic transmission should be checked, and if it is the one recalled, the conduction of the solenoid valve should be inspected, and if it is not good, the automatic transmission assembly should be replaced with a new one, otherwise, the solenoid valve should be replaced with a non-defective item.
