On certain vehicles with diesel engine, there is not sufficient space between the engine oil cooler hose and the traction hook due to improper installation of the hose. Because of this, the hose could interfere with the hook due to engine vibration under severe conditions such as sudden acceleration. If left unfixed, the hose may get damaged, causing engine oil leakage, and in the worst case, this could cause the engine to scuffs and seizes.

Correction:
The engine oil cooler hose should be inspected, and if the space from the traction hook is not sufficient or the hose seems to have interfered with the hook, the hose and the splash shield should be replaced with the factory approved replacement units.
