For compressed natural gas (CNG) vehicles, the airtight plug on the high pressure regulator that supplies the fuel can become loose due to the fluctuation of the imposed pressure at the time of engine start, because the plug is not sufficiently tightened. If this problem is left unattended, the O-ring on the plug could be damaged causing fuel leakage.
