The wiring between the ECU (Engine Control Unit) and the electric door mirrors is improper, and therefore, the IC in the ECU can break from noise at engine start. If this occurs, (1) it becomes impossible to control the oxygen sensor heater, which causes the engine warning light to illuminate, or (2) the injector(s) stop working, in which case the engine becomes unstable or the engine will not start.
