The way the speed sensor is secured on the transmission is not appropriate, and therefore, the resistor lead wire inside the sensor may disconnect due to vibration during driving etc. If this occurs, the speed sensor may fail to send the signals for the speedometer, the tachograph and/or the automatic transmission to function properly.
