The heat protector bracket secured on the vehicle frame does not have sufficient strength due to the improper shape, and therefore, it can break from engine vibration etc., in which case it may interfere with the brake pipe. If this problem is left unattended, the brake pipe may be damaged causing brake fluid to leak, which can adversely affect braking performance.

Correction: 
The heat protector bracket should be replaced with the factory approved replacement unit. Also, the brake pipe should be inspected, and if it is damaged, it should be replaced with a new one.
