For 4WD vehicles, the bracket securing the centre bearing for the front axle propeller shaft does not have sufficient rigidity and its clamp surfaces are not perfectly manufactured. These problems are likely to cause excessive stress on the bracket bolt, which may break, resulting in abnormal noise. If the vehicle continues to be driven with the broken bolt, the bracket could break, in which case the propeller shaft would not be supported and the vehicle would stall.
