On certain vehicles, the locknuts on the front outer hub bearings are not tightened sufficiently and/or grease applied on the front outer hub bearings and the front hub bodies is not sufficient, from the time of assembling of the axle. If left unfixed, the bearings may overheat or be damaged due to a lack of torque and/or lubrication, and in the worst case, this could cause the vehicle to stall or result in a fire.

Correction: 
The front hub bearings should be inspected, and the damaged ones should be replaced with new. Also, the newly specified amount of grease should be reapplied, and the locknuts should be tightened to the specified torque.
