For compressed natural gas (CNG) vehicles, the joint section of the exhaust pipe that is connected to the exhaust manifold does not have sufficient strength, and it may crack from engine vibration at vehicle start. If this problem is left unattended, the exhaust pipe could break, causing the noise level to increase.
