The heat shield for the exhaust manifold does not have an appropriate shape, and therefore the attachment part of the oxygen sensor for the front catalysts can corrode due to the repeated exposure to heat and may partially come off, causing abnormal noise. If this problem is left unattended, the oxygen sensor may fall off, in which case the noise level could increase.

Correction: 
The heat shield for the exhaust manifold should be replaced with the factory approved replacement unit. Also, the attachment part of the oxygen sensor should be inspected, and if it is not secure, the front catalysts embedded exhaust manifold should be replaced with the factory approved replacement unit.
