The threaded sections of the tie rods may bend or distort from up down movements of suspension, due to insufficient tightening of the tie rod end clamps, and this may cause the threaded sections to wear resulting in rattling. If the vehicle continues to be driven in such a condition, in the worst case, the tie rod ends may come out or break, making steering impossible.

Correction:
The tie rod assemblies (tie rods, tie rod ends and tie rod end clamps) should be replaced with the factory approved replacement units. Incidentally, it will take time to supply all the factory approved replacement units, and therefore as a temporary measure, the tie rod end sections should be checked for rattling, and if either rattles, the replacement should be carried out, otherwise it should be done at a later date.
Identification:
sticker ('HB-21' is written) on the upper corner of the back of the inspection lid located at the left rear of the vehicle body, blue one for the temporary measure, white/yellow one for the permanent countermeasure
