The O-rings for the fuel pipes and the fuel injection nozzles have an inappropriate shape, and there may be excessive stress on them, caused by deformation created at the time of installation of the delivery pipes. If this problem is left unattended, the O-rings may crack, which could allow fuel to leak.

Correction: 
The O-rings should be replaced with the factory approved replacement units, and the rings to facilitate the installation should be additionally installed to the fuel pipes.
