RJ-1452-0

The temperature of the air coming out of the air compressor is too high, and therefore lubricant may carbonize and accumulate inside the air outlet pipe. If this problem is left unattended, the accumulated stuff inside the pipe may heat up, making a hole in the pipe, which would allow air to leak. If this occurs, in the worst case, it would result in reduced braking efficiency, or in the case of vehicles with finger control transmission (electrically controlled manual transmission, not mechanically controlled), it could make gear changes impossible.
