The propeller shaft and the axis to the transmission are connected at a too large angle at the universal joint, and therefore the temperature of the joint rises during high-speed driving, which may cause the grease to lose its lubricant phase prematurely. If this occurs, the joint wears, leading to rattling and abnormal noise, and eventually it could break, which would cause the vehicle to stall.
