For the ABS (Anti-lock Braking System), the front wheel speed sensor covers, which block foreign materials, do not have an appropriate shape, and therefore, the sensor may be hit by a stone thrown from a tyre and damaged. If this occurs, the ABS may not receive signals from the wheels and could malfunction, which in the worst case could result in reduced braking efficiency during low speed travelling.

The additional sensor covers should be installed, and the damaged sensors should be replaced with new ones. For the vehicles with suspension systems, the dust shields should be replaced with the factory approved replacement units.
