For vehicles with Hill Start Aid (HSA), the solenoid valve for controlling the HSA is not properly waterproofed, and it may allow water containing snow-melting agent to enter inside. If the inside of the valve rusts because of water intrusion, the hydraulic circuit may be blocked while the HAS is in operation, in which case the brake is kept applied, and in the worst case the brake might overheat, resulting in a fire.
