For the oil filter element specified as a regular replacement part, the housing does not have sufficient strength, and therefore, if it is used for the engine type 6HK1, it may crack. If this problem is left unattended, engine oil may leak from the crack, and in the worst case, the engine would burn out causing the vehicle to stall. Also, if oil spills onto a road, it may cause obstruction to other traffic.

Correction: 
The sticker that says not to use the subject element should be placed on the engine, and a warning about not using this type of element should be added to the manual. In addition, if the subject element is in use, it should be replaced with the factory approved replacement unit.
