The fuel injection pipes may resonate in the middle rev range and eventually crack, due to improper shape. If this problem is left unattended, the fuel may leak and mix into the engine oil, which may burn in the cylinders with the blow-by gas. If this occurs, an engine output power shortage or resonance may take place, and in the worst case, the engine might stall and fail to restart. Note: This problem was reported in RJ-1754-0 on 25th October 2006, but the measures were not sufficient and the problem still occurred, so this recall is submitted.

Correction:
The No. 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 fuel injection pipes should be replaced with the factory approved replacement units, and the No. 1 fuel injection pipe should be replaced with a new one. Also, the fuel injection control program should be overwritten.
