The front lower cross member may have been improperly welded to the side frames, and the welded sections may not have sufficient strength. If this problem is left unattended, some parts of the welded sections may come off due to vibration during traveling etc., and the front lower cross member may go out of place. If this occurs, in the worst case, the back ends of the lower arms that hold the front tyres may come off, causing the vehicle to stall.

Correction:
The welded sections between the front lower cross member and the side frames should be inspected. If the welded sections are not intact, they should be repaired by welding. If they are intact, the reinforcing rivets should be placed to the outer sides of the front lower cross member.
