RJ-2038-0

For wheelchair accessible vehicles (rear slope type), the wire has a tendency to twist, so the covers that hold the wire around the pulleys may move and let the wire off the pulleys. If this happens, the wire may interfere with the covers, and at worst could snap, in which case the wheel chair would not be securely anchored. This problem was reported as RJ-2017-0 on 6th December 2007, but that recall did not cover all the affected vehicles, so this recall is to submit additional vehicle data.
