For engines for vehicles that are modified to reefer trucks, a part of the tension pulley bracket for the refrigerator compressor may not be welded at appropriate points, and therefore, the bracket may not have sufficient strength and so may break. If the vehicle continues to be driven with the broken tension pulley bracket, other brackets securing the tension pulley may break, and in the worst case, the tension pulley might fall off, which could cause a hazard to other traffic. Note: This recall is to revise the remedial actions of RJ-1740-0 submitted on the 3rd October 2006, which have been found to be inadequate.
