On certain vehicles, there may remain unpainted sections around the brackets of the fuel feed pipe and they may get rusty. If this problem is left unattended, the rust may progress and eat a hole in the pipe, which in the worst case could cause a fuel leak when the tank is filled.

Correction:
The pipe should be replaced with the factory approved replacement unit. Incidentally, as it takes some time to supply all the replacement units, for the time being, older vehicles are given the priority for the repair.
