(1) For vehicles with turbochargers, the oil feed pipe, which supplies oil to the turbocharger, is not properly routed and not properly treated with an anti-rust compound. Therefore, if the vehicle is driven on a road over which a snow-melting agent is sprinkled, there is a risk that salty water may be deposited on the pipe and can cause corrosion. If this problem is left unattended and the corrosion progresses to the point of perforation, oil may leak and deposit on the exhaust pipe, causing white smoke, and in the worst case, the leaked oil could catch a fire and induce a fire. (2) For vehicles with turbochargers, the cooling water feed pip, which supplies cooling water to the turbocharger, is not properly routed and not properly treated with an anti-rust compound. Therefore, if the vehicle is driven on a road over which a snow-melting agent is sprinkled, there is a risk that salty water may be deposited on the pipe and can cause corrosion. If this problem is left unattended and the corrosion progresses to the point of perforation, the cooling water may leak.
