(1) For the front suspension systems, the bolts securing the lower arms and the lower arm ball joints may not have sufficient torque. If this problem is left unattended, the bolts may loosen, and in the worst case, they may break and cause the vehicle to stall. (2) For vehicles whose bolts securing the lower arms and the lower arm ball joints have been tightened as following the RJ-1821-0 recall instructions, those bolts may not have sufficient torque due to an improper tightening method. If this problem is left unattended, they may loosen, and in the worst case, they may break and cause the vehicle to stall.
