The back door may fail to close fully, because it may have been ill fitted on certain vehicles at factory, and also because the interlock angle between the door lock and the door striker is not properly designed. If this problem is left unattended, the door lock may disengage causing the door to open while the vehicle is in motion, in which case the load could fall.

Correction: 
The back door fitting should be adjusted. Also, the door lock and the door striker should be replaced with the factory approved replacement units.
