For the left bearing that is installed on the reduction gear shaft in the automatic transmission, the lubrication method is not appropriate, and therefore, the bearing may wear. If this problem is left unattended, abnormal noise may be generated, and in the worst case, the bearing could be damaged, which could cause the vehicle to decelerate rapidly.

For the CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission), (1) dust protection measures for the transmission part are not adequate, and therefore, dust may cause the slider not to move smoothly, which may lead to loss of transmission ratio control. If in the worst case the transmission ratio is locked low, the electromagnetic clutch could remain unengaged, causing the vehicle to stall. (2) The type of the clutch is not appropriate, and depending on the way of operation, the clutch may remain the same, causing acceleration malfunction or transmission ratio change malfunction.

On certain vehicles, the brake hose is installed on the left rear disk brake in an incorrect way, and it may interfere with the fuel tank bracket due to vertical movements of the wheel. If this problem is left unattended, the hose may be damaged, and in the worst case, brake fluid could leak, resulting in reduced braking efficiency.

On certain vehicles, the amount of solder applied to the fuel pump relay terminal inside the carburetor controller is insufficient. If left unfixed, the solder may crack, which can cause electrical continuity to be lost, and in which case, idle rpm control may fail to function properly or the engine may take longer to restart.

For vehicles with manual transmission, the inner cable of the gear shift control cable can deform from sudden gear-shifting operation due to its insufficient strength. If this problem is left unattended, the inner cable can break, which makes gear-shifting operation impossible.

The reduction gear shaft in the automatic transmission is not properly installed, and therefore, the roller bearing can wear causing abnormal noise. If this problem is left unattended, in the worst case, the roller bearing could be damaged causing the vehicle to decelerate rapidly or to stall.

On certain vehicles, some of the rubber hoses for the engine cooling system are defective in manufacturing. If left unfixed, the hoses can crack causing coolant to leak, and in the worst case, the engine could overheat.
