On certain vehicles, the universal joint that connects the steering shaft and the gearbox may be insufficiently tightened, and therefore, dry steering can cause the joint to loosen. If this problem is left unattended, abnormal noise may be generated, and in the worst case, the joint could come off, which would make steering operations impossible.

For certain front drive shafts of front wheel drive vehicles, the grease on the front wheel side joints may be too watery. Therefore, when the vehicle is driven with the steering wheel turned far in either direction at the time of parking or starting etc., an oil film may temporarily rupture, allowing direct metal-to-metal contact. If this occurs, the joint sections may be put under excessive stress, and in the worst case, they may break, which would cause the vehicle to stall.

On certain vehicles, the metal part inside the brake master cylinder that was not properly cleaned at factory can cause rust on the groove for the rubber seal located at the rear of the cylinder, and the seal could fail. If this problem is left unattended, brake fluid may leak from the seal, or a small amount of air may mix into brake fluid, which could result in reduced brake efficiency.

On certain vehicles, the welding of the tow hook mounting bracket is not properly done, and therefore there is a risk that the hook can come off the welded part from the vehicle frame.

Snow may get abundantly accumulated inside the rear disk wheel with frequent starts and stops on fresh snow at a very cold temperature, because the shape of the rear brake pipe is improperly designed. The snow may get frozen and interfere with the pipe. When such a condition is repeated, the pipe gets damaged and the break fluid leaks, causing damping force to decrease in extreme cases.
