The measurement of the passenger-side airbag folding is not right, and therefore, there may be a gap between the airbag and the housing. At the time of deploying, the sides of the airbag may inflate with a higher pressure than the others, and therefore ahead of the rest of the airbag. As a result of this, the airbag may not fully serve the purpose of protecting the passenger.

For the snap ring that is to secure the differential side gear inside the transmission and the left front drive shaft together, it may not have sufficient overlapping over the differential side gear due to improper shape. If this problem is left unattended, the snap ring may move towards the centre of the drive shaft during high speed driving, and in the worst case, interlocking between the gear and the shaft would be lost, in which case the vehicle would stall as no driving force would be transmitted to the tyre.

The method with which the socket holders for the front fog lamps are secured is not appropriate, and therefore, the holders may fall off the lamp cases along with the bulbs, after the attachments parts repeatedly expand and contract as the lights are turned on and off. This may cause the surrounding plastic parts to melt, which in the worst case could result in a fire.
