For the auxiliary drive belts of 4WD vehicles, there is a risk that the belt will broke at some point due to inappropriate material. If this occurs, the auxiliary devices will stop functioning and the warning light will illuminate. If the vehicle continues to be driven with this condition, in the worst case, the engine will stall and will not restart.

The forward clutch hub inside the continuous variable transmission may not have sufficient strength, and therefore, it may crack, and in the worst case, it might break, which would make going forward impossible.

The way the fuel tank is secured on the vehicle body is not appropriate, and therefore localized stress occurs on the upper section (as shown shaded in the diagram). That section may crack when the tank repeats expansion and contraction due to heat. If this problem is left unattended, the cracks may progress, and in the worst case, they could penetrate through the tank wall, which could cause a fuel spill when the tank is full.

On certain vehicles with continuous variable transmission, the torque of the bolt securing the bearing retainer plate inside the continuous variable transmission is insufficient. If left unfixed, the bolt may become loose and cause abnormal noise, and at worst it could fall out, in which case it could be caught between the teeth of the reduction gear or the mission case could break leading to oil leakage, and in both cases the vehicle will stall.

On certain vehicles with three rows of seats, the seat belt buckle of the wrong type is installed for the middle seat of the second row, and the seat belt cannot be engaged.

On certain vehicles with continuous variable transmission, the axis of the output pulley has a part of an incorrect type installed, and therefore, the steel belt may interfere with an unexpected section of the pulley and be damaged. If the damaged belt is left unfixed, it may break causing the vehicle to stall.

The purge resonator, which is to attenuate the noise caused when evaporated fuel flows through the hose, may come to have a ruptured welded section due to the improper manufacturing method. If this problem is left unattended, the evaporated fuel can leak, and the amount of emitted hydrocarbon may exceed the regulatory standards.
