The fuel filter installed on the engine may vibrate at certain high engine revs. If this condition continues for a long time, the bracket securing the fuel pipe may break causing excessive stress on the fuel filter. If this occurs and the vehicles continues to be driven with the broken bracket, the fuel filter may crack around the section connecting to the fuel pipe and allow fuel to leak, which could in the worst case result in a fire.
