On certain vehicles, the fuel return hose does not have sufficient strength due to foreign material, which mixed into the hose during the manufacturing process. If this problem is left unattended, the hose can crack, and in the worst case, fuel could leak and result in a fire.

On certain vehicles, contact pressure of the low beam lights terminal in the headlights switch is lower than the specified level due to the improper installation of the switch terminals. As a result, the contact point can wear from switching on/off, which could cause a disruption of electrical continuity, and the low beam lights may fail.
