On certain vehicles with front fog lights, the fog light valve sockets are not properly installed, and therefore, vibration during driving can cause the sockets to come off the fog light housings, and heat of the valves may ignite the surrounding resin-made parts, and in the worst case this could result in a fire.

When the sliding rear door is closed while the child proof lock is engaged, it may happen that the door latch is not properly engaged, due to improper shape of the groove of the link in the door lock mechanism. In such a case, at worst, the door could open while the vehicle is in motion.
