For vehicles with cruise control systems, there is a glitch in the engine control program. Therefore, when the accelerator pedal is pressed hard for overtaking another vehicle etc., while cruise control is on at a high speed driving, such action may be wrongly judged as a throttle malfunction by the program, and this could cause the engine warning light to illuminate and the engine to stop.

For 2WD vehicles, the way the fuel tank is attached to the vehicle body is not right, and therefore, if the vehicle is frequently driven on uneven roads that cause the vehicle body to twist, stress may be localized around the left rear bolt of the tank and cause a crack. If this problem is left unattended, the crack may progress, and in the worst case, a fuel leak might occur.
