The fuel return pipe installed on the fuel pump does not have an adequate length, and there is not sufficient space between the pipe and the pump case. If the engine is started with a low amount of fuel and a high level of fuel evaporation, the pressure inside the fuel return pipe is likely to rise, and this may cause fuel to leak from the pipe joint, which could in the worst case lead to a fire.

On certain vehicles, the check valve pin is not installed in the inflator for the passenger airbag, and therefore, the hole to allow the gas to be discharged to the airbag will not be punched properly in case of airbag deployment, and there is a risk that the airbag will not be deployed to the appropriate extent, causing serious damage to the occupant in a frontal collision.

For vehicles with manual transmission, the flywheel on the engine does not have sufficient strength, and its inside may break due to vibration caused during low speed driving in high gear, which could in the worst case the vehicle to stall as with no driving force transmitted.
