There is not sufficient space between the vehicle body and the fuel check valve, which is located on top of the fuel tank. Because of this, when the tank is swollen due to the increased internal pressure, it may cause interference between the tank and valve, leading to a crack. At worst, fuel leakage occurs when the tank is full.

Correction: 
The fuel check valve should be replaced with the factory approved replacement unit, and also it should be fitted at a different position.
